We respect your privacy. We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to you. This privacy statement describes the privacy practice of this site.
Should we receive an email or letter from you, you may be assured that we do not rent out or sell our mailing list to third parties. Your name and address will be kept briefly in a permanent databank in a coded file encrypted with 256 bit encryption. Your name and address and any other details that we have about you will not be made available to anyone outside of our organisation. We follow the Australian Privacy laws in connection with the handling of data; and we endorse the privacy concerns of the Australian Privacy Foundation. Every three months, we destroy all private information that is not needed currently for communication purposes. All clients use another single-client website to discuss their needs.
For clarity, and so that there may be no doubt in your mind about this, we state that we will never give any contact information about you to others without your express written permission. Our site may use forms in which you give us contact information (like your name, address, and email address) so that you can contact us, request information and support, and make suggestions. We use your information only when it will be important for us to contact you regarding functionality changes to our site, new services, and on when we believe that the contact will be of value to you. We use information gathered about you from our site statistics (for example your IP address) to help diagnose problems with our computer servers and to better administer our web site. We also gather demographic information from this data to help us improve our site and make your browsing simpler and faster. The statistical information is not linked to any personally identifiable information whatsoever.
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We will make every effort to keep the information confidential, and we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any person, either natural or juristic, who attempts to breach the confidentiality of the site.
Updating your information
You may change your customer information or refuse our communications at any time. To change or modify your information, simply email us, or if you are using our login facility, login to your personal administration panel, and use your username and password to change the information.
We use emails to communicate with you and to send information to you that you have requested. We may also provide email links to permit you to contact us directly. The information that you send to us by email may be stored by us and used to improve our site, or it may be reviewed and discarded. In either case, your information will be shared with third parties only with your written permission. We retain all available legal rights to this information.
We will never give out your information without your written permission, except in the following extraordinary circumstances: when we are required by law, in the good-faith belief that the action is necessary in order to conform to the law, or when we must comply with a command given to us in writing by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes in Our Practices
If we change our information handling practices or other privacy aspects, we will post those changes on this privacy statement as soon as is practicably possible.
If we use a credit card processing company to charge you for a service, our agreement with those credit card companies contains a clause that these companies do not retain share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
If you elect to refer someone to our site, we retain that person’s name and email address. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending emails. The person may contact us to request the removal of this information from our database.

If you have any questions about our privacy statement, the practices of this site, or your dealings with this web site, you can contact us by email or by post at our postal address.
In line with changes in Microsoft effective June 2015, we amend our privacy page to include the following by reference:
“Microsoft collects data to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences with our services. You provide some of this data directly, such as when you create a Microsoft account, submit a search query to Bing, speak a voice command to Cortana, upload a document to OneDrive, or contact us for support. We get some of it by recording how you interact with our services by, for example, using technologies like cookies, and receiving error reports or usage data from software running on your device. We also obtain data from third parties (including other companies).”
“Microsoft uses the data we collect to provide you the services we offer, which includes using data to improve and personalize your experiences. We also may use the data to communicate with you, for example, informing you about your account, security updates and product information. And we use data to help make the ads we show you more relevant to you. However, we do not use what you say in email, chat, video calls or voice mail, or your documents, photos or other personal files to target ads to you..”
